Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your XOW account and all its data at any time. Choose the option that suits you:

  1. From the XOW app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
  2. By email: write to hello@xow.app from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”.
  3. From Facebook or Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites, remove XOW and request deletion. We receive the request and delete the data linked to that account.

What gets deleted

Your account, your clips, the reels and captions created, and the access to your connected social accounts. Posts already published on your social networks stay there; you can remove them from each network.

When

Within 30 days. We confirm by email when it is done.
