Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your data is Sara Gascón Pérez (NIF 46888092Q), with address at Lugar Labrada s/n, 15339 Mañón (A Coruña), Spain. The purpose of the processing is to create and manage your content, manage the waitlist, provide customer support and invoice our services where applicable. Contact: hello@xow.app.
What data we collect
- Waitlist: your email, your type of business and, if you add it, your Instagram account.
- Account: name, email, business name, country and language.
- Your content: the video clips you share with XOW and the reels and captions created from them.
- Connected social accounts (Instagram, Facebook): when you connect them, we receive your account ID, username, the Pages you choose and an access token, and basic statistics of the posts XOW publishes.
- Usage: technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
What we use it for
To create your content, publish it on the accounts you connect, show you how it performs, support you and, if you join the waitlist, let you know when there’s a spot. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Providing the service you sign up for (contract) and, for the waitlist and optional communications, your consent.
Who else processes it
Your data may be processed by third parties acting as data processors for a lawful contractual purpose (for example, our IT maintenance provider), from whom we require the same level of rights, obligations and responsibilities.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept for as long as strictly necessary and while your account is active. When you delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to hello@xow.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
